71ea430c62 Add support for X-FACEBOOK-PLATFORM SASL mechanism. 
This requires an extra credential for SASL authentication:

xmpp = ClientXMPP('user@chat.facebook.com', '...access_token...')
xmpp.credentials['api_key'] = '...api_key...'
