Added treasure mana check (#7979)

* add treasure mana support to mana code

* [AFR] Implemented Hired Hexblade

* [AFR] Implemented Jaded Sell-Sword

* [AFR] Implemented Forsword Paladin

* added test

* fixed test failure

* another test fix

* completely reworked tracking mana sources
