Donald Curtis	12997b9e24	Copy ess-pkg.el to the root directory. ... This recipe makes sure to copy the ess-pkg.el file from the lisp directory to the root, and disables the copy back to the lisp directory. *-pkg.el files must be in the root of the archive for package.el to find them.
