fdae6b6f89 Work in progress on initial commit 
- Moved from sprockets package
- Added plugin support
- Fixed conditional cli switches
- Import the module when not using a registered sprockets app
- Add a setup.cfg for wheel distribution
- Update .travis.yml to include wheel distribution
- Initial limited tests
