Generational wealth
Generational wealth is a form/symptom of Privilege.
Generational wealth doesn't mean you're one in a line of McDucks. It means you're not one in a line of the impoverished, and that is to a degree by design. The obvious things to look at there being redlining and loan preference, or the Tulsa race massacre.
We are not so far from Levittown. Neither physically nor ideologically.
